Course Objectives
• To consider lessons learned in year 1 and how these can be applied to year 2
• To plan out the establishment phase of the year and new strategies to establish even better behaviour
• To begin to consider more bespoke behaviour strategies for more challenging students and classes
This is a new course
There is a lot to take in in your first year and a lot of learning…..
This course looks at applying that learning and picking up new techniques to take forward into the second year of teaching.
The course will consider how we set up high expectations with new classes, enhance some of learning and teaching skills to further improve behaviour, begin to differentiate our understanding of behaviour management techniques for more challenging students and refine the skills we already have.
This will be a practical and interactive course
