Course Objectives
This course identifies a range of difficult situations that that can arise in Governing Boards.
• - To explore how governors can help to resolve these situations and maintain good working relationships
• - To build confidence to prepare and address courageous conversations, where necessary ,that deliver successful outcomes
• - To practice skills and techniques through case study examples and discussion
This course is for Governors only. Schools buying into the SLA for training can attend this course for free. Non Governors will be charged the full course fee.
Cancellation fees will apply for non-attendance or if a course place is cancelled by the delegate within 21 working days of the course date.
