Course Objectives
This course will cover:
• The role of the subject leader in computing, including considerations such as auditing and monitoring geography provision in your school
• Discussion of sequence of learning, planning and assessment of computing
• Creative approaches to the teaching of computing
• Practical demonstrations of computing curriculum
• News and updates of key resources and strategies
This course is suitable for those new to subject leadership in computing or those who have been leading computing for a short time. The course covers the key curriculum and management aspects of being a computing subject leader.
