Course Objectives
• These sessions are an opportunity for primary headteachers to meet with Area Team advisers:
• To provide headteachers with a forum for the discussion of current/future developments in leadership, management, learning and teaching
• To provide updates on recent and upcoming developments in the primary phase
They are an opportunity for headteachers to network with other colleagues in the local area and keep up to date with recent developments. A variety of different approaches and learning tools are used to assist headteachers in developing the knowledge, understanding and skills required in leading and managing a primary school.
