Course delegates will receive a copy of the brand new audit tool, 'Great Teaching: Reflecting on Classroom Practice'
• There will be an overview of the different sections of the audit tool which cover key elements of great teaching
• Throughout the course, practical strategies for developing quality first teaching through formative assessment will be shared
• Time will be given for colleagues to discuss, and begin to audit, practice in their schools and classrooms

This course will consider how the different elements of formative assessment underpin great teaching and learning and will provide an opportunity to explore the brand new auditing tool 'Great Teaching: Reflecting on Classroom Practice - Developing Formative Assessment for Quality First Teaching'. Schools may find it helpful for two colleagues to attend in order to begin the auditing process, and subsequent action-planning, for developing consistent and effective quailty first teaching throughout the school.
