Course Objectives

• To discuss what well-being means and its importance in schools
• To consider how to develop a well-being programme which includes all staff
• To explore a range of practical ideas including the use of online well-being survey tools

This half day course provides an opportunity to explore the important issue of staff well-being and how schools can begin to identify concerns within their organisation and establish approaches which support staff effectively. There will be an opportunity to consider how the use of the online well-being survey tools can help schools to identify areas of strength and areas of concern.
This course can be run as a school-based session.
